What is the difference between EMDR and EMDR 2.0?

EMDR was able to celebrate its 35th anniversary last year and in recent years has developed into the most widely given treatment method for anxiety and trauma in the Netherlands. The community is growing enormously with about 1500 new therapists taking the EMDR course every year. Logically, with such a growing community EMDR develops actively.
